The top summits have been successfully scaled.

This is the squad that has secured seven Cricket World Cups, along with six more T20 titles, and once went over three years without defeat in 50-over cricket.

The alternative records, those for the record chasers, are all that remain for a side that has won it all.

It needed up to Sunday's success by three wickets over India for them to accomplish their maiden ODI chase exceeding 300, taking back their record for the highest in the female 50-over format, is, frankly, a compliment to the bowlers that have sported the yellow jersey over the past 50 years.

It's challenging for their batsmen to hold a record if never given the possibility.

The New Zealand onslaught in 2022 happened while she was the highest scorer, but this knock came after six matches in India over the past few weeks in which she had not exceeded 30 runs.

"For those following me in practice sessions, it's been a challenging time because it appeared my form was missing whatsoever," stated Healy.

"Yet the moment you enter the playing area, your fighting spirit activate and you simply focus on the competition."

Healy's competitive nature has continuously been her key asset - and an invaluable trait in replacing famous previous leader Meg Lanning.

She was tormented by India's rising star Kranti Gaud in the previous month's ODI series, fallen to the 22-year-old seamer in all three matches, but this time it merely gave Healy's motivation.

A single was taken off the bowler's initial ball and from that point the right-hander was underway.

"A chance to take the field and face the challenge with her and merely enjoy the moment that way, somewhat inspired me," commented Healy.

She achieved fifty in 35 balls - her swiftest at the World Cup - and her ton in 84 balls as she punished short deliveries, hitting 21 fours and three sixes.

By the time she was dismissed the team needed 66 additional runs at run per delivery - an unconquered height now requiring a leisurely stroll.

"Pursuing 330 is unfamiliar ground so I am glad we have the belief to accomplish that now," added Healy.

"Preferably we shouldn't have to do it another time but, if necessary, we are confident we can succeed."

These statements will be the final thing Australia's opponents at this championship want to hear.

During the last week a sense they will succeed regardless of circumstances has grown stronger - this triumph succeeding win against Pakistan by 107 run margin despite struggling at 76-7 at a certain moment.

Following this Australia face Bangladesh before a match against longtime competitors England in Indore in a week and a half, by which point a semi-final place may well be secure.
